Hey Everyone,
On Friday, December 2nd, we are at it again!! For the third year in a row, we are volunteering to raise money and awareness for charity by hosting a super-awesome, 24-hour, livestream, game-a-thon. This year we’re supporting HomeAid. Their mission is to help people experiencing or at risk of homelessness build new lives through construction, community engagement, and education. Founded in 1989, HomeAid creates safe and dignified housing in over 13 states for those most vulnerable in our communities – those without a home. Every HomeAid shelter project includes support services that help residents move toward self-sufficiency, such as education/job-skills training, financial counseling, physical & emotional support. TLDR: here’s how to donate:
1. PLEDGE a dollar amount per hour for at least one player, using this google form. After the 24 hours game-a-thon, we’ll notify you of the total amount and you can submit your donation (total = pledge * hours played)

2. DONATE NOW to our fundraiser website through StreamLabs Charity. Funds go directly to HomeAid.

HOW ARE WE VOLUNTEERING? By playing video games! We’ll be hosting a 24-hour, livestream, game-a-thon to raise awareness and money for HomeAid. You can follow along on Dec 2nd by tuning into any of our twitch streams. We’ll be playing a variety of games to keep it interesting, we encourage chatting, and we take requests!
HOW CAN YOU SUPPORT THE CAUSE? By donating, watching, and spreading the word! You can donate at any time for any amount, but the most impactful way to stretch your donation and our efforts is to pledge an amount to support one of the players. Fill out the Google Form for the pledge, we’ll play as hard as we can to maximize the amount and notify you afterwards of how successful we were.
Last year, we were able to raise $2,500 for charity, and we’re hoping to top that this year! Be sure to tune into our streams, post in the chats, tell us what you think, and help support HomeAid!
